While logged into your own account, send an e-mail message to the following address:

listserver@listserv.cc.wm.edu

Leave the "subject:" line blank

Make the text of the message the following:

SUBSCRIBE WOMANTQ-L William J. Clinton

(Substituting your own name for "William J. Clinton")

Example: If Bill Clinton were to sign up for our list, this is what his subscription message might look like:

TO SEND A MESSAGE to the LIST:

Do NOT send your messages to the same address that you used when you subscribed. Instead use:

WOMANTQ-L@wm.edu

Your message will be distributed to all members of the list.

If you REPLY to a message someone sends to the list (using your e-mail program's REPLY function), your reply will go to the entire list. If you want your reply to go only to a single person, be sure to replace WOMANTQ-L@wm.edu with the address of the person you are replying to.

Reminders:
1) If you want to send a private message to someone on the list, send it to that person directly. Do not send it to WOMANTQ-L. Remember that whatever you send to WOMANTQ-L can and probably will be read by me and by everyone in the class.
