Editorial Status

Each entry in the on-line Suda will have a notation of its editorial status. This indicates how
thoroughly the entry has been proofread, vetted, edited and otherwise refined. What follows is a
list explaining the editorial status numbers you will find preceding each entry:
0 = Unedited (use these entries with extreme caution)
1 = Approved by the editorial board (therefore free of the grossest errors)
2 = Edited and approved by a specialist in the field
3 = Edited and approved by more than one specialist in the field
Obviously, the higher the number, the more useful and reliable the entry.
